教育内容の一部を支援してくれる「教育訓練給付制度」ですが、ネイリストの資格も対象になるの？と気になっている人は多いはず。

ネイリストも教育訓練給付金を受けることができる？
結論から言うと、ネイリストは教育訓練給付金を受けることはできません。
そもそも、給付金の前に「教育訓練給付制度」のことをちゃんと理解している人は少ないのではないでしょうか。
まずは厚生労働省のホームページに記載されている「教育訓練給付制度」の内容についてご覧ください。
教育訓練給付制度とは、働く方々の主体的な能力開発やキャリア形成を支援し、雇用の安定と就職の促進を図ることを目的として、厚生労働大臣が指定する教育訓練を修了した際に、受講費用の一部が支給されるものです。

このように、厚生労働大臣が認めた教育訓練でないと教育訓練給付金を受給することはできません。
給付金を受給できる教育講座は、
- 一般教育訓練
- 特定一般教育訓練
- 専門実践教育訓練
の3つにわかれていますが、対象となる資格・講座の一覧を見るとネイリスト検定は受給対象の資格に該当していませんでした。

美容師・理容師は専門実践教育訓練に該当しますが、残念ながらネイリストの資格は国が認めた教育訓練ではないという訳です。
教育プログラムを確認して最短でネイリストを目指そう
ネイリストは教育訓練給付金を受給できませんが、職業訓練校に通えば職業訓練受講給付金を受け取れる可能性があるんです。
職業訓練受講給付金を受け取るには、
- ハローワークに求職の申込みをしていること
- 雇用保険被保険者や雇用保険受給資格者でないこと
- 本人収入（税引前）が月8万円以下
- 現在住んでいるところ以外に土地・建物を所有していない
- 世帯の中に同時に給付金を受給して訓練を受けている人がいない
など、かなり厳しい条件が揃っています。
また、求職者支援資金融資という貸付制度もあるので、働く意思があれば一度ハローワークに相談してみるのもアリですよ。
このような制度は「ネイリストになりたいけどお金がない…」「資金が足りない…」という人たちにとってありがたい制度です。
国からのサポートがあればネイリストになれる可能性が高まるので、教育プログラムの内容を確認し最短でネイリストを目指しましょう。
