ネイルサロンのコンセプトを決める3STEP
コンセプトの決め方を3つに分けて説明していきます。
まず、どのターゲット層なのかを決定
今後来てほしいと考えているターゲット層を明確にします。
ターゲット層が20代か30～40代なのかで方向性が大きく変化するんです。
まだ店舗を持っていない段階であれば、ターゲット市場を調査し、どこに多くのターゲット層が集まっているのかを知ることができます。
逆にテナント契約は済んでいる方も、近隣のエリアを調査することで、今後集客がしやすくなります。
ニーズを把握することでお客さんを理解！
ターゲット層が決まれば、その層のニーズを理解しましょう！
ターゲット層のニーズを理解することで、ターゲット層が好むサロンの特徴や施術内容を把握することが出来ます。
すると、サービスの所要時間短縮やサロンの雰囲気が決めやすくなります！
ニーズを理解するためには、SNSやインターネットを用いてアンケートやインタビューを実施するのが効果的です。

単語を繋げて文章化！
ターゲット層が決まり、ニーズを理解することができたら、それを文字化しましょう！
いきなり文章化するのは難しいので、どのような単語を入れるべきか・入れたいのかをまず書き出すことが第一歩です。
単語を書き出せたら、つなぎ合わせて文章を作ってみましょう！
この時の注意点として、ありきたりな文章ではなく、オリジナリティあるということを意識してください。
また、競合分析をして、他のサロンで使われていない「オーガニック」「特殊ネイルアート」などの単語などを使用してみるのもおすすめです！
