3.写真も簡単に保存
どこでも編集や閲覧ができる以外に、写真をカルテ内に保存することが出来ます。

カルテに記録しておくべき情報を３つにまとめたので紹介していきます。
1.個人情報
お客様の個人情報には
・氏名
・生年月日
・電話番号
・住所
・メールアドレス
・体質、アレルギーの有無
などを記載しましょう！
お客様の誕生日が近ければ、「バースデークーポン配布」や来店後の様子を伺うなど再度サロンに足を運んでいただく提案をすることができます。
また、季節やトレンドのネイルデザインの写真を一緒に載せて連絡することで、ネイル意欲を高めることもできます。
ネイル施術以外のお客様満足度を高めるためにも個人情報を忘れないように記入しましょう！
2.施術内容
施術内容には、施術したネイルの詳細を記録します。
デザインやカラーだけでなく、お客様の好みや会話の中で引き出したネイルに関する情報も記録すべきです。
この情報を元に次回の提案する種類を決めやすくなり、お客様からしても自分の好みを理解してくれていると好印象を与えることができます！
3.お客様の生活や趣味情報
案外、重要視されない項目なのですが意外と「趣味や生活情報」の重要度は高めです！
その理由は、施術中「一方的な会話・無言」or「会話で盛り上がれる」どちらがいいかを考えたら簡単ですよね。

1.顧客情報は詳細に書く
カルテを作成する目的は、お客様情報を管理するだけではなく、お客様を知りお客様にとってより良い空間を作ることです。
そのためには、ネイル関係だけでなく興味のあるもの、趣味など会話に役立てるものを全て記録しておかなければなりません。
2.会話内容をできる限り記録
「同じ内容を２回説明する」人によってはストレスを感じる方もいるはずです。
前回の来店と同じ会話をしていれば、お客様は楽しいとは思いませんよね。
以前話した内容を覚えてくれているだけで、かなり高感度は高くなります。
