紙カルテの場合、ファイリングなどで五十音順などでまとめられています。
同じ苗字の人がいたりと数が多く大変です。
電子カルテの場合は名前などの必要な情報を入力するだけで、カルテを見つけることが可能です。
また、紙カルテと異なり1人しか見れないということがなくなります。
編集時間が短縮でき、写真も保存できる
紙カルテでは、手書きで間違いがないように必要な情報を全て書かなければなりません。
しかし、電子カルテの場合はテンプレートが準備されているので、情報をそのまま入力するだけで大丈夫です。
文字で説明しにくいものは写真で保存することができるので、伝達ミスがなく時間短縮にもなります。
