体調を崩した時など、お客様の予約はどのようにお断りしていますか？
個人でやられている方に質問です🙋♀️
先の予約が埋まっている時に風邪やインフルなど体調を崩した時など、お客様をお断りした経験はありますか？
またどのようにお断りしてますか？電話orメール。
私も個人サロンです。
皆さんと共有出来て心強いです。
自分の体調というより、子供関係のことであります。
LINEでやり取りしているので、LINEで変更のおねがいをします。
既読がつかなかったら電話をするつもりです。
私のところは99%ご紹介で、皆様長いので、丁寧にお願いすれば全然構わないよーと仰ってくださいます。
また、普段お客様のキャンセルもたまにありますが、快く変更していますのでお客様も優しいです🤭

私も以前までは紹介のみでやっていたのですが、6月からホットペッパーの方に掲載し始めたので、1人でやられている方はどうしてるのかと…
風邪を引くと喉に1番ダメージがくるタイプで、咳は出るわ声は出ないわで、新規の方は不快だろーなと思います。
お断りした方良いのか、対応するべきなのか迷います。
私も1人サロンでホットペッパーに掲載しています！
ホットペッパーご予約の際に注意事項として、6歳児の体調不良などでご予約のご変更をお願いする場合もございます。予めご理解・ご協力頂けますと幸いです。と記載しています✨
また、自宅サロンで人懐っこい猫も飼っているので、猫が苦手だったり猫アレルギーについても注意事項で書かせていただいています！
それでもいいよ〜✨という方にご来店いただきたいので、こちらの状況を事前にご理解いただけるためにしっかりと記載させてもらっています😚✨
