今回は、そのオープンチャットの中から、実際の質問とそれに対する回答をご紹介します！
フィルインが基本なのでマシンオフしているのですが、あるお客様ですごくマシンオフを熱がる方がいます…😥
ご相談というか、もしこういう方がお客様でいらっしゃるというネイリスト様がいらっしゃったら、ぜひお聞きしたいんですが🤦🏼♀️！
私はフィルインでの施術を基本にしているのでマシンオフなんですが、あるお客様がすーんごいマシンオフを熱がる方で、トップやカラーを削っている時点から熱い…と仰るのです😥
普段から摩擦熱には気をつけているので、他のお客様には熱いと言われることはほとんどないのですが、もう数回は来てくださっているので、色々試してFビットやコーンビットでゆっくり削ったりしても熱いとの事…🥵グリーンビット系ですら熱い…。
白爪のところ削ってた時にも熱いって言われて、え？こんなとこなのに？ん？とも思ったりしていて、悪い人では無いけど基本無口で無愛想という感じなので、私も負けないように笑顔で頑張っているのですが、この方の施術の後はいつも以上に気を使うので、メンタルボロボロになってしまいます😭
似たような方がお客様でいらっしゃったら、対策方法などあればご教授願いたいです🙇🏼♀️
（1人サロンなので相談する相手もおらず…）
小さい保冷剤をライトにセットし、指先を冷やしながらやってみてはどうでしょう？
一度硬化熱を感じてしまったお客様は、その恐怖心からか、少しの熱でも熱いと感じてしまう方もいるようです🥵
爪先が冷たいってだけでも安心感が生まれ、硬化熱を感じにくくなるかもしれません。
気の持ちようですもあると思います笑
ライトに手を入れてもらう際、保冷剤に当たらないよう慎重に誘導しながら入れて、ある程度硬化が終わったら、サイドにもしっかりライトがあたるように入れ直してもらう必要もあると思うので、面倒ではありますが、お客様が安心して頂けるのであれば一度試してみてください⭐️

同じく、グリーンビットですら熱いというか、違和感があると言われ、オフに鬼のように時間がかかります。
この方、体調が良くないと熱をより感じやすく、ご体調を崩されてから急に熱を感じるようになりました。
使用しているベースによっても、オフ時の摩擦熱を感じやすいものとそうでないものがありました（クリストリオのジェラッカーは熱をあまり感じない、ルミナジェルやジェルグラフは普通に熱い、スネークベースは激熱と言われました）。
また、この方は元々爪が薄く、硬化熱で火傷をしてしまったこともあり、そこからオフの際の摩擦熱も感じやすくなったような感覚もありますが、その時期と体調不良になった時期も重なり、明確な理由はわからないのですが、生理前と重なるともう熱くてたまらなくなるそうです。
同じご意見のある方いらしたら私も対策を伺いたいです。
オフの話しなのになぜか硬化の話しになっていましたね😂🙏🏾
オフの際も、保冷剤で指先を冷やしてもらってから、安心感を与えて削ってみるのもありだと思います😊
そのお客様は以前のお店でもそんな感じだったのか、JUNRIさんのところにきてそう感じるようになったのかどちらなんでしょう🤔
私も過去に1人だけいましたが、シンプルなデザインの方だったので、ベースを厚めに塗ってカラー、トップを取れない程度にできるだけ薄塗りで仕上げていました！
保冷剤は考えた事なかったです！😳
ライト自体は熱くないようなので、オフの際に次回試してみます🥹ありがとうございます！
体内の水分が少ない方が摩擦熱を感じやすいように思います😂
爪が薄いのはもちろんあるかもしれないですが、縦線が入っていたり、保湿が足りてなさすぎるお客様が熱い！とおっしゃる気がしてます。
実際に、体内の水分量が少ないと、摩擦熱や硬化熱感じやすかったりする場合もありますよ〜
なんて話をしてみたところ、次回ご来店時に、水飲むように頑張りました！ネイルオイルも頑張って塗りました！って仰っていて、前より熱くないかも！！って言っていたことがあります。
もしかしたら、、と思ったのでコメントさせてもらいましたが、確実にそう！という確信はないので参考までに😂
初めてご来店の時に、すごい熱く感じやすいですとはおっしゃっていたのですが、ほんとにちょんってやっただけでもあつ！みたいな感じで、じゃあどうやったらオフさせてくれるん？て思っちゃうくらい…。
これで私の施術がすごく熱くて…何て口コミでも書かれたら怖いな〜と怯えながらやってます😥メンタルみじんこなので…。
当店がパーツやアートが基本なので、どうしてもホロとかやった時のコチラ側の恐怖の感情が爆発します😭笑笑
熱く感じてしまうお客様が悪いわけでもないですし、JUNRIさんの施術の仕方が悪いわけでも無いですし、難しいところですね🥺💦
その熱いと感じながらも我慢してでもネイルを楽しみたい…！！というお客様の気持ちにもなんとか応えたいですしね🥺✨
私の場合でしたら、お客様と相談して、ピールオフのジェルを試してみるかもしれません。
その方がオフの時のお客様の負担が少ないかな？って思ったりしますし、上手くいけばオフが楽になりますし、お客様も摩擦熱の不安も無くなりますし、一石二鳥💖
出来るだけ長く持つようにちょっとした工夫も必要ですが、1人サロンだからこそ自由にあれこれ試せる！っていうのも利点ですよね😚✨

私もシールオフはどうかな？と思いました☺️！
使ってはないですが、物によれば4週間もつ人もいるみたいですよ！
もしかしたらマシンに対して、すごく敏感な方なのかなとも思いましたが、何よりお互いにノンストレスがいいですよね☺️
そのお客様もジェルの硬化熱が平気というのであれば、本当に摩擦熱を感じているというよりも、削られる振動やマシンに不安や恐怖を感じているっていう可能性があるのかな？って思いました🤔
一定数、削られる振動が苦手…！！っていう方もいらっしゃいますよね🥺💦
そうなんです🥹！
初回から熱い熱い言っていたけど、なんだかんだ4〜5回通ってくださっているので、何とかしてあげたいという気持ちと私のメンタルの狭間で悶絶していたので、そう汲み取っていただけてとても気持ちが救われました😭💓

感じ方って人それぞれなので、お客様が悪いわけでは無いから汲み取ってはあげたいんですが、無口すぎてというのもあって…😭
でも、みなさんのおかげで対策方法が増えたので、色々やってみたいと思います🥹💓
そのお客様にも、今の時点でもなんとか熱いと感じないようにJUNRIさんが工夫してくださってることが伝わっているからこそ、リピートしてきてくださっているのだと思います😚💖
私はネイリストなんだから、私が考えてベストな施術を提供しなきゃいけないんだ…！と考えるよりも、お客様と一緒に最適な方法を探してみる！と言った感じで、お客様と相談しながらあれこれ方法を試していけるようになったり、無口なお客様でも「何かあったらいつでも言ってくださいね🥺✨」とこまめにお伝えしておくと、お客様的にも「私のためにいろいろ考えてくれているー！！」というところが伝わって、もっともっと信頼にも繋がりますよね😚✨
私は無口なお客様の時ほど、施術を楽しそうにやろう✨って心がけています❤️🔥
施術に必要なことは声をかけますが、雑談はほとんど振ったりはせずに、声をかける時はにこやかに楽しそうに声をかけるって決めています✨
こちらに(無口だけど大丈夫かな…？😭)という不安があったりすると、お客様にも伝わってしまうことがあるので、そこは特に気を付けています😚✨
1人サロンで困ることがあるお客様は、自分の対応力を増やすための研究対象だ…！(いい意味で！)と思いながら、いろいろ試してみていいですか？！って感じで関わっていけると、1人サロンの楽しさがどんどん高まっていきますよね😚💖

ネイリストの私たちとしては、出来る限りの対応をして、それでもどうしても無理…！！という場合に、ネイルを辞めるのか、なんとか我慢してネイルを続けるのか、サロンを変えてみるのか、という部分は、あとはお客様の判断に委ねるという感じになってしまいますね🥺💦
こちらとしても、なんとかあれこれ工夫していてネイルを楽しんでもらいたいよ〜🥺✨という想いが伝われば、悪い印象は与えないんじゃ無いかなと思っています😚💖
