グラデーションパウダーがのせてすぐに剥がれてしまったとお客様から連絡頂いたのですが、何故でしょうか？

グラデーションパウダーがのせてすぐに剥がれてしまったとお客様から連絡頂いたのですが、何故でしょうか？
ベース→マット→カラーパウダー→クリア→トップ
何がいけなかったでしょうか？(՞߹-߹՞)

マットとクリアの相性とかもあるらしいです。
各所で剥がれたとの話が出てますよね🤨
ミラーと同じく、粉系は仕方ないのかもしれませんね。
パウダーは比較的に剥がれたり多いと思います🥲
なので、私はエッジを意識してクリア→トップは塗るようにしてます。
あと、パウダーはエッジになるべくつけないようにしてます🥲

物によるかもしれませんが、ベースジェルをパウダーの上に重ねて、トップ塗ると剥がれにくくなると思いますよ😃

お客様に「取れやすい材質ですが、大丈夫ですか？」と、一言添えておく事が大切かなと思いますm(__)m

ミラーでも数回そのような事がありましたが、今回のような事ははじめてで、お客様に申し訳なくて…
材料の材質などきちんとわかった上で使用しないといけないですね…とても反省しています…
自分で何度か使ったりしてみないとわからないですね😭

先端とか全面にミラーすると、剥がれやすいと思いますよ。
お客さんの生活習慣での使い方とかもあると思います。
なので、爪先なるべく使わないようにと、剥がれやすいと言う事をしっかり伝えるようにしています。
主婦の方なんかは、やっぱり剥がれやすいみたいで😢
気をつけて使って頂いている方は剥がれずきれいに戻って来られますよ☺️

パウダー系使うの少し怖くなりました…自分の爪でも色々試してみたいと思います。
主婦の方だと爪先よく使うとの事で、また剥がれてしまったと連絡きそうです😭
お直しの時に剥がれてしまうことはお伝えしましたが、今までそういったことはなかったようで、新規さんだったので、初回から悪い印象をあたえてしまったのではと凄く不安です😥

相談もなかなかできないし。
私は最初やっぱり技術不足もあり、浮きや先端かけなど色々トラブルもありましたが、きちんと説明もして、次の改善策も伝えて施術していくと、リピーターになってくれた方がほとんどでした。
