現在、Ailuはネイリストさん専用の相談チャット（ネイリスト向け無料オンラインサロン）を運営しています。
今回は、そのオープンチャットの中から、実際の質問とそれに対する回答をご紹介します！
パラジェル、グレース、プリを使っても毎回お直しになるお客様がいます…🥺
質問させてください。
今回で3回目のご来店のお客様なんですが、毎回1週間お直し可能ギリギリで1〜2本のお直しが来ます。
もともとお爪が薄くて、今までのお店ではもっと早くほとんどが取れてたとの事です。
付け替え周期も、2週間で早い方です。
パラジェル、グレース、プリ、扱ってる物どれを使っても、お直し1回、付け替え時取れている指有りです…
うちにあるジェルでは、もう対応しきれないと、お伝えしてもいいものでしょうか…🥺
長くなりすみません。
あくまでも私個人の感覚ですが、ネイリスト業界全体を見ていて思うのが、ネイリスト側の技術のみで4週間持たせないといけない…！！という意識を手放してもいいのかな？と感じます🥺✨
今までのお店ではもっと早く取れてしまったけれど、今までのお店よりも持つようになってはいるという点だけでも凄いと思います！
爪が薄くて取れやすいという状況は、ネイリストをしていたら絶対に起こってしまう状況で、美容院でいえば直毛でパーマが掛かりにくい人がパーマをしたい！と言っているようなものだと思っていいのかな？と思います！
それでもパーマをかけたい！すぐ取れちゃうから2週間ごとにパーマをかけ直したい！とお客様がご来店いただくのであれば、それはこちらは気に止むことはないと思うんです。
難しいけど、少しでも持ちを長くできるように一緒に研究していきましょう✨という姿勢で、取れやすいのが大前提で付け替えの時についてたら凄い！！という感じで、お客様と一緒に喜びながらやっていく感じでいいと思います🥺✨
爪が薄い状態の原因を深掘りして爪を丈夫にしていくようなご提案をして、ネイルの持ちを良くしていくようなサポートも可能かと思いますが、提案したことをやるかやらないかはお客様次第でもあります🥺✨
ただ、WAKANAさんがお直しを負担と感じるのであれば、そこは無理をする必要は無いとは思います🥺
今回のお客様に対応出来ないとお断りしたとしても、また別の爪の薄いお客様がいらっしゃると思います。
ご自身の心を守るためにお断りするのも1つの手ではあると思いますが、技術や知識・接客力のレベルアップのために、お客様がこの爪にネイルをするのはもう無理と思うまで、とことん向き合ってみるのも1つの手かな？と思ったりしちゃいます🥺✨
そうこうしているうちに、薄い爪の攻略法が見つかるかもしれません😆💖
私のお客様の状況に近いです！
他店で来た時、スカルプで爪ペラペラで持ち悪いから2週間に1回付け替えしてた方。
私のとこに来てからも2週間に1回の概念が頑なにあって、なかなか周期を伸ばさせてくれませんでした。
毎回説得して、ようやくパラジェルをしてくれて、ただペラペラなんでパラジェルの持ちが悪かった。
フィルインを繰り返してなんとか3週間周期になった。爪の固さが戻るまで2年かかりました。
根気強くパラジェルとフィルイン続けたら、今は10年くらい経ち、爪がめちゃ固いです。
そのおかげで信用を勝ち取り、もう常連です💓継続は大事です。
wakanaさんのお客様はきっとどこ行っても同じ結果になるかもしれません。
2週間で付け替えは悪循環ですし、爪ペラペラなら結果は変わりません。
いっそのこと、半年から1年爪を完全復活するまで休憩をおすすめしたほうがいいかもですね。

そのお客様はダンボールを扱うお仕事らしく、確かにこちらだけの技術でカバーしきれない事もありますよね💦
取れてないところよりも、取れてしまったことにばかり気を取られていました…
保湿なども提案しましたが、してないであろう感じで💦
