キャラクターの痛ネイルが得意なのですが、著作権の問題であまり公に宣伝するのもな…と思っております。
最近ハイブランドのロゴのシールを使ったデザインなども流行っていて、ここら辺ってみなさんグレーでやられているのでしょうか？🙇♂️
私も痛ネイルで開業予定ですが、恐らくアニメや漫画キャラはプリントマシンでなければ、二次創作扱いに近いのではないでしょうか？
ブランドロゴのネイル施術していたお店が著作権侵害で逮捕というニュースは見たので、そういった物は施術しても写真アップしないとか……
自分もそれ気になっていました🥲
鬼滅の刃のケーキを作って販売したパティシエが制作会社に訴えられたりなどがあったので、お金が発生した時点でアウトな気もしていますが、同じ二次創作の同人誌は見過ごされているので、ここらへんの線引きが分からず……🥲
同人誌は赤字が当たり前で、痛ネイルとなると利益があるから、ケーキと同じく最悪訴えられたりもするのかなあと思っています😔
現時点では足軽さんも仰っているように、施術しても写真アップしないが1番だと思いました🥲
痛ネイルでお店してる知り合いが多数いますが、手描きだと寸分たがわず同じではないからセーフなのかもしれません💦
鬼滅の刃のケーキのクオリティはわかりませんが、キャラケーキだと製菓用プリンターなど使っていてアウトの可能性もありますし。
3Dパーツを作るのが得意なので、Instagramなどで販売したいと思っていますが著作権侵害で訴えられないか不安で踏み切れずです…😭
副業にもいいなと思っているのですが、やはりやらない方がいいのでしょうか🥲
