現在、Ailuはネイリストさん専用の相談チャット（ネイリスト向け無料オンラインサロン）を運営しています。
今回は、そのオープンチャットの中から、実際の質問とそれに対する回答をご紹介します！
minimoとNailieですと手数料の料金や予約の入りなどどちらの方がいいでしょうか？
初めまして！
Nailieを使われてる方いらっしゃいますか？
minimoとネイリーですと、手数料の料金や予約の入りなどどちらの方がいいでしょうか？
参考に教えて頂きたいです。
初回が安いのはminimoです。
施術代金2200円以上で手数料660円かかりますが、初回もそれ以降も変わらないです。
施術料金がたかくなっても変わらないです。
ネイリーは初回手数料が高く、施術代金の×0.336+80かかります。つまり3割以上かかります。
リピーターさんは0.036+80で安いのですが、振込手数料を月に2回ひかれます。
客層は、わたしの感じ方ですが、ミニモは練習モデルさん探しのお客様が多く、あまり高い価格だと集客ない感じです。
ネイリーはホットペッパーから移動されたお客様って感じで、高めの価格設定が可能です。集客力もあります。
ただ、初回の手数料や、諸々手数料が高いのでメインに使用してはいません。

新規集客用にNailieはじめたのですが、当日や直前のご予約が多いですか？
設定したはいいものの、なかなか予約が入らず、何か直さねばならない部分があるのか…？と不安で😭(都内なのでユーザーは多いはずです。。。)
今は使ってないので、ちょっと分からないです💦
当日、直前は確か設定で予約できないようにしていた気がしますので、お役には立てなそうです、すみません💦
逆に都内だとユーザー数も多いけど、やってるネイリストさんも多くなるので、埋もれやすいのかもしれないですし、やはり使用ユーザーがホットペッパーに比べると少ないので、そんなに新規集客は期待しない方がいいのかな、といった感じでした！

画像はトップに載っている方を引用させていただいたんですが、私はここに直近〇〇日〇時空きあります！とか書くようにし始めてから、直前予約は入るようになった感じありましたよ〜🙆🏼♀️
ちなみに、当日2時間前までの予約可で設定してます！（私も都内なので集客大変ですよね😭）

私は初めの頃、新規はほとんどネイリーからのお客様でした。
レビューが数件入ったあたりから、どんどん増えましたよ。
ただ、コロナ禍が幸いしたのかも。
川崎市で都内通勤圏内ですが、在宅勤務のお客様が地元でサロンを探し始めている時にネイリーが便利だったそうです。
ホットペッパーより、より狭い範囲、駅指定で検索できるのが良かったみたいです。
今は、1ヶ月前に予約してくださる方がほとんどです。
直前キャンセルのために開けても、直前だと埋まらないかも。

病気でサロンを退職して、数年ほど指名できてくださっていた一部のお客様を細々と施術していたのですが、快復してきて、集客再開しようと思って試行錯誤中で…とっても参考になります！
