ホットペッパービューティーで成功報酬を支払うプランに否応なしに変更しなければならなくなりました😭
初めまして🙇♀️
ホットペッパービューティー掲載について質問させて頂きたいです🥹
現在1人サロンで（過去は2人サロン）、44,000円プラン1年契約→22,000円1年契約
半年たたないほどで、12月からそのままの金額のプランで、さらに新規予約の45%成功報酬を支払うプランに、否応なしに変更しなければならなくなりました😭
（そこから1年契約さらに追加、またはプランをあげるかを勧められました）
選択肢がなく契約をかわしてしまったのですが、後から無料掲載に変更していれば成功報酬もかからないと、担当営業から聞かされました🥹
正直もうそんなに新規集客も求めてもないので、無料掲載にしたかった気持ちでいっぱいです😭
担当営業に無理を承知で無料掲載をお願いしたのですが、無理の一点張りで😭😭😭
これって説明義務はないのでしょうか？🥹
同じプランの方はいらっしゃいますでしょうか？😭

私はまだ1年目で契約したばかりなのですが、契約時に1年間でたくさんリピートさん増やしたらあとは無料掲載プランにできますよ、と営業担当さんが言ってくれました！

私も更新のタイミングで新規45%のプランを勧められましたが、無料プランの存在を知っていたので、自分から言いました🥲
消費者センターの電話相談か、法テラスに早めに相談なさったほうが良いのでは？

できたと言うよりか、今まであったプラン22,000に、そのまま成功報酬（新規、半年以来の再来の売り上げから45%）が追加になったのです😭
私もホットペッパー利用していますが、そんなプラン聞いた事ないですし、言われたこともないですね💦
周りでも聞いたことありません。早急に消費者センターですね…

アパート退去の時に法外な値段を言われた時、そう電話で言ったらゼロ無料になりました🤣

担当に弁護士に相談します！って連絡して、法テラスや消費者センターに電話しまくるを、私ならやります。
12月からで22,000円のプランのみに成功報酬ができたので、それより上のプランの方は変わらないらしいのです🥲🌟
