現在、Ailuはネイリストさん専用の相談チャット（ネイリスト向け無料オンラインサロン）を運営しています。
今回は、そのオープンチャットの中から、実際の質問とそれに対する回答をご紹介します！
ミニモで予約が入り連絡したのですが音沙汰なし…キャンセルした場合はキャンセル料かかりますか？
minimoを出し始めて、初めて予約(予約リクエスト)が入りました。
しかし、確認したいことがあり、連絡するも音沙汰がなく…
この場合でも、キャンセルした場合はキャンセル料がこちらにかかるのでしょうか？
お電話はしないのですか？
まだしていないのですが、あまりに来なければ電話してみようとは思っています。

◯日までにご返信いただけないようでしたら、お客様都合にてキャンセル処理いたしますと、メッセージしてからキャンセルしたらいかがでしょうか？
明日の予約のため、本日◯時までに〜とは送ってあります。
お客様都合でのキャンセルっていうのもできるんですね！
キャンセル手数料っておいくらなんですかね？

キャンセル手数料というか、そのまま来店予定の手数料が引かれます。

電話はこちらもなるべくしたくないので(個人携帯かつ新規の方)、連絡がなければそのままキャンセルにしようと思います😣
ご相談返しになってしまうのですが、付け替えオフのみの予約の方ってどういうつもりできてるの？&こちらはどういう対応するのでしょうか？
枠もどれくらいであけていたらいいかわからないし、店のシステムを理解してくれているか不安ではないですか？
ご連絡来まして、、付け替え無料(0円)を選択してきたので、ジェルメニューは何になりますか？と聞いたところ、オフのみお願いします、と…
オフのみだと〇〇円になりますがよろしいですか？と返信すると、少しレスが止まり、今回はやめておきますと返事が来ました😅
他店オフメニューはもちろんありますし(有料)、予約リクエストだったので枠は空けておりませんでした。
minimoも登録だけしておいた、という形になるため、これが良くあることなのか？珍しいのか？わからないのですが😮💨
ホットペッパーと違って、ミニモってメニューのダブル選択とか出来ないですよね？
それなのに付け替えオフ¥0で出しておく意味ってあるんですか？
¥0のメニューがあれば多くの方の目に付きますし、その予約からメッセージで付け替えの予約が取れれば手数料かからないわけですが、今回のお客様のように勘違いされる方がいるのも当然だと思います。
どういった意図で出してるのか、参考までに伺っでよろしいでしょうか？
最初の方に記載したのですが、minimoで初めての予約であったことと、枠を空けておらず(使っておらず)予約リクエストがきたため、minimoの使い方や特性などはわかっておりませんでした。
なので、意図は？と聞かれると、特にありません。
HPBと同じようにメニューを載せていたことが悪かったですね、すみません。
私も同じことが何度かあり、頭のおかしい方ばかりだった為、予約の仕方に癖がある人はかなり用心して念入りにやりとりしてます。
付け替えと書いてあるのに、何を考えてるんですかね？

ジェルアートメニューの予約を入れてきて、どこにもチップ作成している旨を記入していないのに、チップ注文された事があります！
お断りしたら、代替案は無いのかと逆ギレされました🤣
客層はあまりよく無いので、他の媒体で充分集客できているようであれば、使う必要ない気がしてます…
恐ろしいです…！！！
足しになればと登録してみましたが…今すぐやめてきます🫨
ちなみにですが、ネイリーやネイルブックはどういう感じなんでしょうか？
利用されている方、メリットデメリットあれば、教えて頂けますか？？
私の肌感になっちゃいますが、ネイリーは客層的にはとっても良いです！
個人的にはネイリーのお客様の方がしっかりデザインで選んでくださる分、HPBよりも長くお付き合い出来る方が多い気がしてます！
ただ新規手数料が本当に高いので、直前キャンセルへの保険として腹を括っても、結構な痛手になります😂
あとはHPBとの連携などが出来ないので、マメに予約チェック出来ないと重複がこわいです！(複数使えば何を使ってもそうですが！)
メッセージのハードルが低いので、予約有無に関わらずメッセージ対応も必須です！
マメな方で、新規手数料に納得出来ればとってもいい媒体だと思います！
ネイルブックは使った事が無いのでわかりません😭

確かに、手数料が結構高いなとは思っていました…
業務委託で働いているため、一体いくら残る？ってくらい手数料でなくなってしまうなと思い、集客していませんでした😅
新規開拓したいと思った時にはいいかもしれないですね！ありがとうございます！
確かにミニモは変な人多いですね。笑
でも、ミニモってそもそも安く行きたい方と練習モデルを探している美容従事者を引き合わせるサービスなので、ネイルのシステムをよく知らない方は、そちらのメニューだと予約しちゃっても仕方ないと思いますよー😅
ミニモは7年くらい客&掲載者として使用しておりますが、客からしてもこのメニューで予約出来ないなら出すなって話なので、このお客さんは変な人では無いです。
メニューの使い方学べば規約に則って集客も可能なので、用途によっては辞める必要も無いかと思います。
ホットペッパーの営業みたいに教えてくれる人がいないのがまた厄介ですが、掲載無料なのでそういうものですよねー💦
