新規の方で当日直前キャンセルされた場合、どうやってキャンセル料とってますか？？
こんにちは！
新規の方で、当日直前キャンセルされた場合、どうやってキャンセル料とってますか？？
「当日キャンセルのキャンセル料はメニュー料金の全額」と注意事項にも記載あるのでもらいたいのですが、なんて言ったらいいのか悩んでいます。
新規の方なのでもう恐らくご来店は無いでしょうし、、
何度も電話したと言われましたが、電話1件もかかってきていないのです🥲
うちは当日キャンセル50%、無断キャンセル全額頂くので、スクエア予約を導入しています。
規約同意欄にチェックを入れて、クレカ情報を入力しないと予約できないので、そのような事態の場合はメールでご連絡した上でクレカ決済します。
その代わり、お客様と平等の立場でいたいので、急病などこちら都合のキャンセルを余儀なくされた場合には次回半額で施術します。
(規約には特記していませんがスタッフ共通認識です)
月額3千円かかりますが、客層がすごく良くなったので、導入して良かったと思ってます😊

そのスクエア予約では、ワンカラーをしたい方だったら先にワンカラー7000円支払うと予約完了で、当日に追加などなければお支払い無しという事ですか？
それとも、前金5000円お支払いで予約完了で、当日の施術で足りない分をお支払いして頂くということですか？
分かりにくい説明で申し訳ないです💦💦💦

ライン登録して、キャンセル料取りたい方の情報入力すると、弁護士さんが代わりにショートメールおくってくれるみたいです✨
成果報酬とられるみたいですが😭

うちの場合はキャンセル対応を重視しているので、予約時にクレカ登録だけで支払いは当日いらしてからしてますが、予約時決済も可能です。
自分で選べますよ♪

うちはスクエアプラスを使ってますが、SNSに予約リンク貼れる、Googleカレンダーと連携してる、勝手にリマインダー送ってくれる、顧客管理できる。
