今回は、そのオープンチャットの中から、実際の質問とそれに対する回答をご紹介します！
皆様はどれくらいでワンカラーを1時間や1時間半で出来るようになりましたか？
サロンで働き出して約1年半たつのですが、ワンカラーでも1時間45分ほどかかってしまいます。
サロンは1時間半枠なので、追い込まれて早くしなきゃって思うんですけど全然上達しなくて、どうしたらいいものかって感じなんですけど、皆様はどれくらいでワンカラーを1時間や1時間半で出来るようになりましたか？
サロン勤務4年目です。
お客様の爪の状態によっては私も未だに1時間半超えてしまう時がありますが、入社して1.2ヶ月程で時間枠収まるようになりました。
私は塗りが遅いので、オフケアを40分に収めて、塗りの時間を稼ぐ努力してました！
仕上がりはともかく、とにかく時間に収めるように時間重視して施術。
早さに慣れて時間巻けるようになってきたら、その余った時間分は丁寧に施術できるということだから、細部の確認や工程増やして綺麗に仕上げる。という手順で習いました！
日本語拙いので、伝わっているのか、参考になるかわかりませんが💦

自分自身早くやってるつもりでもやっぱりオフで時間がかかってしまっていて、毎回焦ってます💦
色々研究したりもしてるのですが、中々で努力不足ですね😓
オフビットは定期的に新しくされてますか？
劣化に気付きにくいですが、ビットを新調すると驚くほどサクサク削れますよ！
私は最近1年くらい使ってしまってたビットを新調して、削りの時間が5〜10分ほど早くなりました😂！
同じように、エメリーやファイルも常に良い状態のものを使うだけで、5分は縮まると思います！
研修期間の半年間、毎日怒られながら終電近くまで練習してからかもしれないです💦
時間があれば、サロン内で施術が早い方に見てもらって、改善点見つけて強化するのがいちばんいいかもですかね？？
自分じゃなかなか気付けないことを指摘されると勉強になります🤔

ビットも変えて、頻度に新しいファイルに変えてやってみます💭
