自分で爪を削りすぎて痛んでしまったときの対処法をご教授くださいm(_ _)m
質問失礼します。
リピーターのお客様でいつもフィルインをしてたのですが、前回急な訃報があり、マシンを使ってご自身でオフをされたそうです。
ご来店された時全部の爪が赤らんでて、何本かパッとみて分かるほど削りすぎて凹んでました。
お休みを勧めたのですが、薄すぎて痛みがあるようで、クリアでコーティングしました。
元々のお爪はしっかりとしてるお客様で、水仕事や軽作業が多いので、いつもはセミハードでコーティングしてましたが、今回は爪が極端に薄くなってたので、ソフトジェルでコーティングしました。
そして先程ご連絡があり、まだ来店されてから1週間なのですが、先端と中浮きが発生してしまったようです。
このように、自爪を削りすぎて痛んでしまったときの対処法をご教授頂けませんでしょうかm(_ _)m

私も浮いてきたので、自分でベリッと剥がしてしまって爪が薄く、何も塗らないとどんどん欠けてくるような状態のお客様がいらっしゃいました☘️
自爪の状態によっては、ジェルの持ちが悪いことなど伝えた上で、シャイニージェルをベースのみ、サンディングなどせずに2度塗りで塗布して3週間位は持ってくれました！
ボロボロな先端部分は3週間後にカットして、一旦、新しい爪が伸びるまではケアのみできていただいていました🥺
シャイニーベースはガリガリしなくてもアセトンでぺろんと剥がれてくれましたよ！(オイルもつけてオフしました↑)
