今回は、そのオープンチャットの中から、実際の質問とそれに対する回答をご紹介します！
ネイルサロンの業務委託は基本的には経験者でその場所を借りて施術するってことでしょうか？💦
ちょっと聞きたいのですが、ネイルサロンでよくある業務委託についてなんですが、基本的には経験者で、その場所を借りて施術するってことでしょうか？
ネイルサロンの業務委託がイマイチよく分からなくて💦
契約内容にもよると思いますが、私が勤めているサロンの業務委託の方は、テーブル、ライト、椅子や棚はお店の物。
ジェルや消耗品やマシンなどはご自身の物。
経験者の方もいれば、スクールだけ出た後に無料やJr.料金でやられてる方もどちらもいらっしゃいます。
月々の場所代と売り上げから何%かをお支払いするという規約みたいです。

無料やJr料金だとしたら、その分お給料もないか、少ないかってことですよね！
それに対しての何パーセントってことですよね？🥲

最初は経験に投資みたいな感じで、場所の用意が難しい人は店舗で場所を借りてるんだと思います。

場所代だけ！の所や、基本業務委託だけど最低限の時給は出します。という所も聞いたことあります。

子供もいて、未経験なのでサロンもぜんぜん受かりません😭
何十社と受けましたが不採用で、自宅サロンとしては開けてはいるんですが、集客も全くできず😭

諦めずに面接されててすごいですね。
雰囲気としては実技は大丈夫だけど、時間などで不採用って感じですか？
私は面接で力発揮できるか不安な時は、自分が作ったDesignの写真やうまく施術出来た時の写真見てもらってました☺️
あと、自信なくても自信ある感じでやってみるのも良いかもです🥺
お子さんいて未経験だと中々難しいですよね💦
業務委託にこだわる理由は何かありますか？
時間の融通が効くメリットもありますが、子供の用事で急遽休む場合はかなり嫌な顔されると思います。（他社からの派遣のような扱い…）
完全自己責任です。
私は経験者ですが、業務委託は諦めました。
未経験者を雇っているサロンも多くあるので、アルバイトから始めてはいかがでしょうか？
初めは週5出勤とか言われるかも知れませんが、お給料貰いながら練習出来るし、時間の調整ややすみの変更も少しは言いやすいと思います。

いや、リジョブで求人見てて、応募して書類で落とされます…
応募理由だとか、勤務日数、時間とかで落とされるのかなと思ってます💧
面接なってもデザイン持っていくんですが、やっぱり未経験だとか、あまり人に施術してないので、その点で不採用になります…

いや、こだわりはないのですが、応募しまくった中でもう応募するところもないくらいで、業務委託が数件あったので、どうなのかな？と思いまして🥲
やっぱり自己責任ですよね！！
未経験、バイトパートで探してるのですが中々なく…
未経験OK、バイトパートOKって書いてあって応募しても、未経験はすみません、バイトの枠埋まりましたとか、そういうのばっかりです…
時短勤務OK、子育て世代OKって書いてても、応募したら不採用です。
あとは経験者、1年経験あり、正社員ってところが多いです…😭

リジョブの書類や写真掲載、見直してみてはいかがでしょうか？
私は未経験オッケーのサロンで書類で落とされること無かったです。
ネイル以外のこともしっかり見てますよ、今までの経験、実績を数字でしっかり記載して、技術以外でも貢献（人間関係とか）アピールすること、未経験と思われないくらいの努力を伝えること。
ここでは深くいえないですが、あの手この手で通る道はいくらでもありますよ！

サロンde ジョブだと、企業との間に入ってくれるサポート担当が無料で付いてくれて、こちらの希望に合ったサロンを探してくれたりもします！
企業とのやり取りや段取りも全部やってくれるので、とても心強いし楽です！

今までは介護で仕事をしていたので、全くネイルに関係ないというか、けどその分人との関わりは取ってきた方なので、その点も書いたりはしてるんですけどね💦

自分がサロン未経験の時は、TATの店舗に貼られていた募集から応募しました(˶ᐢ. .ᐢ˵)
スクール卒業で技能検定は取得していましたが、スカルプの時代で、授業ではマシンもジェルも扱っていない頃でした。
面接時にもマシンを使ったことがないことを伝えたら、採用後、営業時間内で技術面も教えて頂くことが出来ました。
私が入った後に、お子さんがいて未経験の方で、スタッフとして入られた方が居ました。
今はサロン経営していても最初はそんな感じだったので、きっと未経験でお子さんがいても、きっと探していればサロンに出会えると思います(˶ᐢ. .ᐢ˵)
友達もスクールもいってなくてネイル未経験、大手の求人募集の未経験OKで受かって、その後ネイリストになっていました。
自宅サロンを開けているのでしたら、まずはそこで経験積むといいかもしれません。
練習モデルで安くすれば、たくさん来ると思います。
私は最初無料でしたが、練習モデル募集したら、1週間分予約1日でうまりました。
就職出来ても経験が浅いと困るのは自分なので、今できる範囲で経験されることもおすすめいたします。

ミニモで無料で出しました。
1日2件で時間もゆっくりめに設定して募集しましたが、無料だとすぐ埋まります。
ミニモでワンカラーとグラデーションで出しました。
練習モデルさんなので、次につなげようと思ってませんし、安い価格で来る方はリピーターで来る方はほぼいないと思います。
自分のスキルの為に割り切ってやってます。
自分への投資ですね。

その後は金額設定してって感じですか？🥲
割と近くで自爪育成モニター募集って、サロンオープン予定ってのをみて、その方はモニターで8000円で出してて埋まってたので、資格も3級と美爪？を取り立てとかで、気持ちが焦ってしまいました。
その後は安めに設定して、まだ練習モデルさんで募集してます。
色々な方が来るのでとても勉強になります。
色んなお爪に施術する経験はとても大事だと思います。

独立する前,業務委託のサロンを探していたときに、サロンdeジョブという美容系の求人から委託のお店をさがしていました。
結局、業務委託のお店には務めなかったのですが、サロンと求職者さんの間にサロンdeジョブさんが入るというカタチのものでした。
気になっているお店をピックアップしてお伝えすると、その店舗についての求人状況、営業情報等を事前に教えてくれるのと、事前に自分の状況についてもお伝えして、どこがあっているか相談に乗って下さっていたと感じました。
直接サロンの求人情報よりも、1度そういった間に入ってもらい、自分の状況を伝えて、あってるサロン探しをしてみるのも良いかもですね💡
