現在、Ailuはネイリストさん専用の相談チャット（ネイリスト向け無料オンラインサロン）を運営しています。
今回は、そのオープンチャットの中から、実際の質問とそれに対する回答をご紹介します！
安く思い通りのネイルをしようとするお客様への対応でメンタルがやられてしまいます…
いまサロンでジュニア価格で施術しているのですが、安く思い通りのネイルをしようと来店され、納得いかないご様子のお客様が多く、企業で働いている以上どうしようもないので、こういう時にどういう思考で乗り切るべきか悩んでいます。
ワンカラーのストーン乗せなど、＋αの要素がある場合は記載をお願いしているのですが、なかなかご理解いただけないようで、当日に伝えていただいてもこちらがカウンセリングでしんどくなってしまい、体力を使ってしまうため、仕上りで他のスタッフやお客様からご指摘をいただくようなことが続き、流石にメンタルにきててよくないなあと思いました。
お客様に悪気がないこともわかっているのですが、やはり他店様と同じ色にしてほしい！などのオーダーが、こちらにはとても難しい事ってどうお伝えすればいいんでしょうか……
投稿画像は色味加工されていることが殆どですし、扱っているカラージェルも千差万別あると思います。
何で予約をとっているのですか？
媒体に注意事項としてのせてもダメですか？
全てのお客様がそうではないですが、安く済まそうとご来店される方のほうが、正直マナーに難があるお客様が多い…というのが事実だったりしますね…😭
オーナーや先輩のスタッフさんにカウンセリングの時点で上手くいかない事、先輩がジュニア価格だった時はどうしていたか？などを相談したことはありますか？？🥺
素敵なサロンというのは、オーナーや先輩が後輩ネイリストを守ってくれます。
もちろん接客力や技術を磨いていくことは大切ですが、お客様がただただ安さを求めてきているという状況では、ジュニアネイリストとして成長していくのは辛いですよね…😭
サロンとしても、ジュニア価格でのお客様を集める際の注意点が少し足りてないのかな…？と感じてしまいます🥺
基本的に画像を持ち込まれる場合、全く同じにはならないということをベースに、出来るだけ近い色を選んでみたり、たとえ画像通りにしても肌色などによっても似合う似合わないも出てきてしまうので(安価だと言う通りにしても文句を言われることがあります🥲)、実際にカラーのサンプルを爪に合わせて、この色が似合いますね✨と伝えてみると、案外スムーズに決まったりもしますね✨
カウンセリング力・接客力を磨き上げていくと、困ってしまうようなお客様もスムーズに誘導できるようになります😚✨
カウンセリングの基本は、出来ないことを出来ると言わないことです✨
ジュニア価格で出来る範囲というのは限りがあると思うので、それを超える要求をされてしまう場合は、オーナーや先輩に助けを求めるのが良いと思います🥺✨
カウンセリングでその通りにする必要は無くなることがほとんどです。
お客様はわかっていないだけなので、説明すれば大丈夫と思いますよ🙆♀️
サロンの方針やオーナーさんの対応には限りがあるのですが、今ご自身の気持ちをお伝えして相談するのはどうですか？
また、気持ちの持ちようとしては、お客様にプロとして独り立ちするためのお手伝いをしていただく、と思って、カウンセリングでの対応すら今後の糧になる！と思ってみるのもいいかと！
お客様が何か嫌な顔してるかも？と思ったら、もしかしたら何か不手際ございましたか？まだまだ行き届かない所があるようで、気がつかず申し訳ございません💦今後のためにもお教えいただけると助かります！と勉強中なんです！頑張りたいんです！って気持ちをアピールすると、応援したい！と思ってくださる場合もあります。
失敗も勉強のうち！凹んでも立ち直るための練習！
私もまだまだ勉強中なので、日々お客様から教えてもらってます。
こちらに様々なご意見ありがとうございました。
先輩に対してうまく相談できていないのも、自分自身の課題かなという風に思いました。
よく教えてくださっている上司と反りが合わず、心を開くに至っていないことや、私がカウンセリングに対して苦手意識があり、施術に繋がらない部分があることをもっと相談したいなと思いました。
よく教えてくださっている直属の上司は、体育会系でかなりビシッと言ってくださるタイプの方です。
本当にありがたいと思っていますし、きっと歴が長いからジュニアの頃の悩みとかは忘れつつあるのかな？と言葉の節々に感じたりします。
しかしその一方で、きつい言い方などに疲れてしまった自分もいて、萎縮してしまっているなと感じます。
経験を積むために今は我慢だと思っていますが、やはり最初は何事も大変ですね。
先輩たちが仲がよく、そこにどう溶け込めばいいか分かっていない自分もいます。
過去の予約履歴から、ジュニアの方があっさり何人かやめているのも拝見しましたし、やっぱり皆さんもぶち当たる壁なんですかね。
本当そうですよね！人と一緒に働くのも、1人で働くのも別の大変さがあると思います。
自分の最終目標に向かう最短距離と思うものを選んだら良いと思いますよ😂

個人で少しやっていたこともありますし、それを踏まえての今回の決断だったので、ネイリストとしてたくさん経験を積むために半年から1年は我慢の年にしようと思います。

@こねこねこさんと同じ壁にぶちあたり、1ヶ月で辞めて1人サロンをオープンしました！
今オープンから半年なのですが、ジュニアの頃のお給料分をやっと稼げるようになりました😣
ジュニアだった頃、1人で全てをこなさないといけない今、それぞれ違う種類のストレスはありますが、独立してよかったなと思っています😊
こねこねこさんも目標に向かって頑張ってください✨
今のところは、ネイリストは一人でやっていけたらいいなとは思っています。
ただネイリストだけで考えると、もし自分に何かあった時に困るなと思うので、他業種の先輩などとも連絡を取り合って、ネイリストだけじゃない、会社所属だけじゃない環境づくりは頑張っています。
独立おめでとうございます！
