今回は、そのオープンチャットの中から、実際の質問とそれに対する回答をご紹介します！
グリーンネイルの場合どのようなご対応をされてますか？💦
質問失礼致します。
グリーンネイルの場合どのようなご対応をされてますか？💦
オフ→消毒→乾かす、まで施術し、あとは大きさや状態によって、ジェル塗布するしないを判断します。
原則は皮膚科の診療をすすめ、塗布はしません。
そのまま最低2週間はおやすみいただき、再来店のパターンが1番多いです。
状態次第ではジェル塗布しますが、お客様によく説明した上で、塗布する際にはクリア系カラーにし、ジェル塗布していても経過視察ができるように仕上げています。
伸び切って切り落とすまでは完治と言わない、とよく耳にしますが、私の認識では、着色があっても着色部分が爪の成長とともにしっかり伸びてきていて、消毒済ならもう菌はいない。という認識です。
緑色に着色していても菌はもう居ないパターンもあるし、逆に着色していなくても菌が居るパターンもあるという事です。
（浮き部分の匂いで、あ！あやしいな！いるな！ってわかります）
なので、ファイルで必要以上に着色部分を削り落としたりもしません。
※上記は爪の表面が着色している場合に限る（ジェルと爪の間のグリーン）
※爪と皮膚の間のグリーンは施術🆖
※伸びてこないグリーンネイルは要注意
私の対応はこんな感じですが、あってますかね、、、

わたしは 下記の抜粋のようなことを御説明してます。
でも、あまりに酷くなく、ご希望ならば写真を撮ってジェルを塗ります。
次の時に写真と比べて酷くなっていたら考えましょう、というかんじです。（いままで酷くなった方はいません）
抜粋です。
グリーンネイルの原因
グリーンネイルの原因の緑膿菌自体は無色透明です。
なので目に見える事はありません。
老廃物（緑色）だけが爪の上にあっても繁殖して症状が進行する事はありません。
緑膿菌は湿気の多い隙間を好んで住みつくので、1日(24時間)ナチュラルネイルで過ごしていただくと、乾燥して隙間が無い爪の上に居られなくなります。
なので爪が緑色のままでも、その上からジェルをする事は可能です。
緑色に染まってしまった爪は、健康な爪が生えてきたら長さを整えると同時になくすのが正しい方法です。
グリーンネイルの対処法
これを踏まえて、グリーンネイルになってしまった時の対処法ですがグリーンネイルになってしまった指以外はいつも通り付け替えてネイルをしてもらいましょう。
グリーンネイルになった爪はジェルを落としてナチュラルネイル（何もついてない爪の状態）のままで一度帰っていただきます。
隙間のない爪に緑膿菌はいられなくなるので普通に生活していただければ1日で爪の上からいなくなります。
次の日にグリーンネイルになってしまったナチュラルネイルにジェルを乗せてもらえば安心です。
この時爪の色は緑のままですが気にしなくても大丈夫です。
