現在、Ailuはネイリストさん専用の相談チャット（ネイリスト向け無料オンラインサロン）を運営しています。
今回は、そのオープンチャットの中から、実際の質問とそれに対する回答をご紹介します！
雇われでネイルサロンをやっているのですが、手取りに満足がいかず、独立しようか迷っています😭
こんばんは！！
今、美容室内のネイルサロンを雇われでやっています。。今のお店は6年目です！
9:00〜18:00で週5、毎月80名ほど担当させていただいて、売り上げが55万ほどです。
予約も毎月満席に近くほぼリピーター様です。
私の収入が手取り20万弱で、、、あまり満足いかなくて😭😭
独立しようかずっと迷っていまして、お客様には、しないの？すればいいのに！！と言われます。。
ただ、1歩が踏み出せません。
独立してよかったと思う方のお話を聞きたいです！

今お仕事されている地域や美容室の方との関係性もありますが、お客様連れて行けそうなら全然ありだと思います😊
私もまつ毛サロンからネイリストが1人だったので、お客様全員連れて円満退社しましたよ！
今は他にも雇用して、あの時独立して良かったと思っています！
参考までにですが、私の勤務店舗では売上55万（税込??）なら、税抜きして一定ノルマ超えてたらインセンティブつくので、Jr在籍ですが、Jrでも全メニュー入れないけど、手取り20～22万あります💦
インセンティブつくともうちょいあるので💦
私はFC加盟店として会社から看板借りて独立させて頂きましたが、場所が数駅離れましたが、お客様半数くらい連れてけたので（FCなのでOKもらって）、オープンから私の分は黒字でした✨
スタッフ雇用すると雇われより大変な事も増えますが、収入もスタッフの増減に影響受けますが😹、やりがいもあり、シフトもある程度雇われの時より融通きかしやすいので、独立して良かったと思っています✨

最寄り駅からは、離れますけど、、知り合いの美容室のスペースを売り上げの10%で貸していただけそうで、、、
大半のお客様がお車なので、交通手段は大丈夫かなと、、

なんとかなりますよね？きっと、、、。
税金とかいろいろ勉強しないといけないなとか不安で、、

ネイリストを10年やっていて、こんだけお客様こなして、、
こんなものかと思うと、ネイルが楽しくなくなってしまって、、
理想は、プライベートも充実させながらしっかり働きたいなと、、、。
スタッフを雇用するのは荷が重すぎて、、まずは自分の生活基盤をつくらなきゃって感じです😮💨😮💨
右も左もわからないので、独立に関して学ばないとですが、、
ほとんどの人がきっとやりたい⇒勉強だったと思うので、全然大丈夫だと思いますよ😊
私は知り合いに聞いたり、本読んだり、眠い時はYouTubeとかを見てました!
私もまだまだですが、何かあったら聞いてください☺️

私も独立して、美容室の一角を売上の20%で間借りしています✨
私もネイリスト歴12年目で、独立してもう9年目になりますが、月20日程の出勤で60〜70名の顧客様を施術させてもらっています😊
やればやるだけお給料は上がりますが、年齢とともにコンディションがベストに働ける日数、人数も変わってくるので、今はこれが自分の中でベストで、結婚、子育て等のライフイベントも独立してからだったので、かなり融通が効きました🥺（お客様の協力あってこそで感謝しています🥰）
プライベートはかなり充実していますし、月10日程休みを設けているので、かなり働きやすいです！
旅行なども早くから決めておけば、お客様にご相談して週期を調整させて頂けますし、営業時間も自由に選べるので良いです✨
家賃や消耗品にかかる経費は大したことないですが。。
個人事業主になるので、やはり確定申告後の国民健康保険、市県民税、所得税は後からドカンとまとめて来るので、毎年その分を売上からちゃんとのけておけばいいのですが、どうもズボラで🥺
毎年の痛い目にあっています笑
月々の国民年金もやっぱり大きいです！
どれだけ手元に残したいかをまず考え、そこから経費、確定申告後の税金、すべて引いた分しか当たり前ですが手元には残らないので、それでも今のお給料よりプラスが出る、もしくはお給料が変わらずとも、プライベートに使える時間が増えたり人生の満足度が増えるなど、ご自身にとってプラスがあるなら独立は本当におすすめです😊✨
全て自分次第なところはあるので、その経営のしんどさとかはもちろん込みの話です🥺！！

良かったと思う話をすると、
・プライベートな時間を優先できる事が1番良かった
・商材や道具など、自分の判断で選べる事も良き。
・全てのことが自己責任なので、失敗した時に他責にできない、言い訳をすることなく失敗に向き合えるようになった

現状と独立とでそれぞれメリットデメリットあるので、自分が何に重きを置くかによって、全く違う見方になります。

それを考えると、売り上げ会社に持っていかれすぎてて、、、笑
