やり放題でご案内してもご納得いただけず、単品計算希望とのことで、あまり単品計算を行っていないので困っております💦
料金表がないとなんとも言えないですが、ストーン1個ずつのオプションがあるのか、これが何かの定額ネイルに似てるとか🤔
そういうこと言ってくるお客様は、きっとワンカラーをベースにしてるかもですね🥺
フレンチも入ってますからね。
やり放題の方がお得ですよ、て案内しますね。
ストーンやアートの料金が決まっているのであれば…
うちの店でもし単品計算しろと言われたら、ベースフレンチ➕アート4本➕マグネット2本➕ストーンで料金出しますかね。

なんで納得していただけないんですかね？？
そうなんです💦
ラメやマグネットフラッシュなどの料金はあるのですが(ラメ100,マグネットフラッシュ150)、アートの金額を詳しく設定しておらず、、
定額より安くしたいみたいなんです、、。
リボンをとったらいくらですか？など、細かく聞かれまして💦
ありがとうございます😭
ストーンはサイズで50-250と決めていますが、フレンチ250円、ラメ100、フラッシュマグネット150などと、ざっくりしか決めておらず、、💦
手書きアート+透明ぷっくりのリボンはおいくらで明細お伝えされますでしょうか、、？
私の個人サロンでは、ワンカラー10本◯◯円＋アート料金(ストーン1粒◯円、お花のアート1本◯円)という感じで金額をだしていって、オフ込み11000円より高くなるアートだと金額計算がたいへんなので、もう11000円でやり放題みたいな感じにしてます。
単品計算で11000円より安くなる場合は単品計算で、それ以上ならどのアートでも(決められた時間内にできるアートですが)11000円というふうにしてます。
私しか働いてないので、アート金額はわりとざっくりです🥹
お客様はなにに納得ができてなさそうですか？
うちの場合ですが、基本メニューはワンカラーorグラデ➕アートの本数でコース分けしていて、ベースをフレンチに変えたらプラス料金。
コースにより、ストーンの数の上限を決めて、追加の場合はプラス料金という感じです。
ある程度はこのメニューに当てはめられますし、1番出したいコースメニューの料金がお得に感じられる設定にしています。
アートは基本1本500円〜にして、難易度により料金は変わるとメニューに記載しています。
apiさんのサロンが全体的にどのくらいの単価設定で、どのようなコースメニューなのかがわからないので、なんとも言えませんが…
せっかくコースメニューなどあるのならば、お客様に『このくらいこのコースはお得なんです！』と伝えられる様に料金設定をされた方が良いかと思います！
アートの料金設定は、自分の得意不得意や手間のかかり方で決めて良いのではないでしょうか？？
うにぃさんもおっしゃる通りで、ご自身でアート金額考えられるサロンなら、自分が欲しいアート料金(複雑なアートや、苦手なアートほど高くなる)を決めるでいいと思います👍️
apiさんの技術にお客様はお金を払っているので🙆♀️
単品計算の方が通常高くなるはずなので、やり放題の方が安くなるのを上手に伝えられるといいですね！☺️
あとは、お客様が何に引っ掛かっているのか引き出せたら良いですね◎
予算と画像のデザインの外したくない部分を聞いて、『このアートをいれて予算内におさめるならば〜』（例えばベースをワンカラーにするとか、ストーンの数を減らすetc…）など、提案できたら良いのではないでしょうか？？
