なかなか左右対称にファイリングができません。
みなさんが意識している点教えてください😭
自分のファイリングの傾向を知ることと、その癖を意識して、私の場合は右側が残りがち、右上がりになりがちなので、そこを頭においてファイルしてます。
あと、必ず手を反対に向けて確認します！
爪を上からしか見ないんじゃなく、あちこちから見ます！
左右必ず同じ角度でファイルを当てることをまず、意識づける。⇽重要
そうすると自分の苦手な方がわかりやすくなる。
